These Terms of Use apply when you use our services.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy Explains how we collect and use personal data.
1. Registration and access
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must be supervised by your parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept the Terms on your behalf.
The user must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You may not make your login credentials or account available to others outside your organization and are responsible for all activities that occur using your credentials.
2. Usage requirements.
(a) Consultation with the chatbot is not intended as a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, and may not be used by third parties to replace professional figures such as doctors, nurses, psychiatrists, nutritionists, etc.
(b) Use of the Services. You may access the Services and we grant you a non-exclusive right to use them . You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws when using the Services.
(c) Restrictions. You may not (i) use the Services in a manner that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of any person; (ii) assemble, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of the Services' models, algorithms, and systems (except to the extent such restrictions are contrary to applicable law); state that the output of the Services is human-generated when it is not or otherwise violate the Usage Policies;
Chatbot Content
Users can provide input to the Services ("Input") and receive output generated and returned by the Services based on the input ("Output"). The Input and Output are collectively "Content"
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We use an application linked to the OpenAI API that is constantly striving to improve Services to make them more accurate, reliable, secure, and beneficial.
Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, in some situations the use of the Chatbot may result in an erroneous Output that does not accurately reflect real people,things, places, or facts. The user is responsible for evaluating the accuracy of any Output as appropriate for their use case, including resorting to human review of the Output.
Payments
The chatbot service, for now, is offered for free as a trial by wellnessere.com with a weekly usage limitation. We do not guarantee that there will be a final version since, as mentioned above, it is a trial that we wanted to make available and share with our visitors as well.
The health coach service is fee-based and managed directly by the coaches.
Resolution; Suspension
These Terms become effective upon first use of the Services and remain in effect until terminated.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing their use without notice and request deletion of your data at: info@wellnessere.com.
We at wellnessere.com may terminate these Terms immediately without notice to you for any reason or in the event of a material breach of the Usage Requirements, and Registration.
We may also suspend your access to the Services if you do not comply with these Terms, if your use poses a security risk to us or third parties, or if we suspect that your use is fraudulent or may expose us or third parties to liability or expense .
